Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The 15-day refund policy applies only to customers who make a direct payment for the Licensing Service through the campaign.
  
• Refund requests must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of payment.
  

2. What the Refund Covers

• Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if they are not satisfied with the service within the first 15 days.
  
• The refund applies only to DirectShifts’ service fee and does not cover:
  
  
  • State board application fees
    
  • Fingerprinting fees
    
  • Background checks
    
  • Any third-party or government-related costs already paid on the customer’s behalf
    

3. Valid Use of Service Within the Refund Window

• The customer may initiate the licensing process and receive guidance during the 15-day period.
  
• If the customer chooses to request a refund, all work on their application will pause immediately.
  

4. When a Refund Is Not Applicable

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The customer requests a refund after the 15-day window.
  
• DirectShifts has already completed significant portions of the service such as:
  
  
  • Document gathering
    
  • Verification follow-ups
    
  • Application assembly
    
  • State communication on behalf of the customer
    
• The licensing application has already been submitted to a state board.
  
• The customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information that delays or prevents service delivery.
  

5. Refund Process

• Customers must request a refund via email to licensing@directshifts.com with their full name and order ID.
  
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  

6. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide:
  
  • Accurate personal and professional information
    
  • Required documentation in a timely manner
    
• Delays caused by missing or inaccurate info may affect refund eligibility.
  

7. Service Pausing & Re-Engagement

• Once a refund is issued, DirectShifts will stop all work related to the licensing application.
  
• The customer may re-enroll in the licensing service at any time but will be treated as a new registration.
  

8. Policy Changes

• DirectShifts reserves the right to modify or withdraw the 15-day refund policy at any time.
  
• Any changes will not affect customers who have already purchased under the existing terms.

9. Upfront Payment Discount Terms

The upfront payment discount is only applicable when:

• The full payment is made at the time of submitting the licensing form, and
  
• Before any consultation call is scheduled or conducted by the DirectShifts licensing team.
  

The discount will not be applied if:

• The customer chooses to pay after a call, or
  
• The customer requests to split payments, delay payment, or use any alternative payment method that does not meet the upfront requirement.
  

Once the upfront payment is processed, the discounted rate is considered final and non-transferable. If the customer later requests a refund, it will be governed strictly by the 15-day refund policy outlined above.
